Terms and Conditions of Service
Welcome to the official legal framework of Sterling Way Supply Chain LLC. These terms govern all interactions, transport agreements, and logistical consulting provided by our team. Have you considered how integrated liability protects your bottom line? We've structured these clauses to ensure absolute clarity from pickup to final door-step delivery.
1. Carriage Liabilities and InsuranceAll freight transported by Sterling Way Supply Chain LLC is subject to standard industry liability limits unless additional valuation is declared in writing prior to dispatch. We don't just move boxes; we manage risk. Our insurance coverage meets all federal mandates for interstate commerce, ensuring your cargo is backed by 17 years of operational integrity. Any claims for loss or damage must be filed within precisely 9 months of delivery as per standard bill of lading protocols.
2. Payment Terms & Financial ObligationNet-30 is our standard across most supply chain contracts, though we're open to discussing expedited settlement for high-volume partnerships. Late payments are subject to a 1.5% monthly service charge. We don't like hidden fees, and you won't find them here. Fuel surcharges are adjusted weekly based on the national diesel price index.
3. Supply Chain StipulationsThe logistics landscape changes fast. Sterling Way Supply Chain LLC reserves the right to engage certified third-party carriers to fulfill specific capacity requirements, maintaining our strict quality control standards. You'll always receive our signature level of communication, regardless of the specific wheels on the road. What happens if a shipment is delayed by weather? Our force majeure clause covers non-negligent acts of nature, though our dispatchers work 24/7 to find workarounds.
4. Governing LawThese terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Any disputes that cannot be settled through amicable mediation will be handled within the jurisdiction of our Dacula headquarters.
